When I was an investigator, I did ask a lot of complicated and tough questions to missionaries. One day, a church member took me to an institute teacher who was also the stake president.
At that time, I had no idea what the stake president was. But I asked a lot of questions about the gospel, and the answers I have received helped me greatly with my decision to get baptized.
This great teacher gave me needed help.
What is interesting is that when this great teacher who was the stake president at the time when I was an investigator, got released from his calling, I was called to succeed as the new stake president.
